Holiday DIY...

The completed project...

The poor chair before it's makeover...

The last week has simply flown by and I can't believe it's Thursday again!!! My time has been spent tidying up around the house and doing a mountain of jobs that were put in the 'too hard' basket last year. Although I have many a project to go {my list never seems to get smaller} I thought I would show you a chair I updated which now resides in our study. With a few licks of Porters Milk Paint and a coat of varnish it was ready for a fresh fabric to complete the look. I found this little remnant in my stash and it was the perfect size!!!
Voila... A new chair :-)

  5. Your chair makeover turned out very nice. I love things painted white, but then I also love things painted black. So needless to say my husband took my spray paint away, till I decide ;)
    Thanks for sharing!
